SHIPPING 

Danish orders: 

  • FREE SHIPPING on orders above 1500 DKK
  • For orders below 1500 DKK a shipment fee of 39 DKK will be charged. We will use Postnord and it will be send to a parcel shop.  
  • It is also possible to choose "Home delivery" for 55 DKK.
  • Danish orders will be send within 1-4 work days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: FREE SHIPPING on orders above 200 € 
  • Worldwide shipping available from 69 DKK / 9,5 $ 

International orders:

  • FREE SHIPPING to parcel shop with tracking but no trace for orders above 200 €. Delivery time: + 5 - 15 work days + customs.
  • Worldwide shipping to parcel shop available from 69 DKK / 9,5 €. Please note this is shipping with tracking but no trace and no insurance. 
  • Worldwide shipping with tracking and trace and insurance is available from 130 DKK / 17, 5 €.  Delivery time: + 5 - 15 work days + customs. 
  •  Express delivery 2-3 work days available from 300 DKK / 41 €.

Custom Duties: When you buy a product from a non-EU country, you may also have to pay customs duties. It is your own responsibility to know the customs regulations in your country. 

All products are sent from Denmark and can be shipped international. On cloud nine will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and we do everything we can to be as accurate as possible. Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days (Monday – Friday). Please note: Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. On cloud nine is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company. In case your garments are damaged upon arrival please report it to the shipping company immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it. Then return your garments to us. On cloud nine is not responsible for any garments damaged during transportation. We always pack everything carefully to reduce this risk.

RETURNS: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after the order date. Sale can be returned within 14 days. If you wish to exchange or return an item - please email info@oncloudnine.dk and let us know if you wish to exchange to another size, color, style or wish your money back. If you wish to return an item from a non-EU country, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is returned free of customs charges. On Cloud Nine will not pay any custom charges when items are returned. 

All items must be returned in the same state they were received in. Returns and exchanges are to be paid and handle by you and at your own risk. Returns that are damage or have been worn may be rejected and send back to you again and/or refund will be refused. Once we have received the return-items, we will send you the style or size you wish instead / or credit the amount to the same card used for the purchase. Please note that expense for the return shipment is paid by you.
