Parcels Not Picked Up and Returned to Us

If you do not collect your parcel from the pickup point and it is returned to us, this is not automatically considered a cancellation of your order.

When a parcel is returned to us unclaimed without prior notice, we will refund your order minus any actual shipping and return costs we have incurred.

If you still wish to receive the order, we would be happy to resend it to you. In this case, a shipping fee must be paid before we ship the order again.
