Parcels Not Picked Up and Returned to Us

If you do not collect your parcel from the pickup point and it is returned to us, this is not automatically considered a cancellation of your order.

When a parcel is returned to us unclaimed without prior notice, we can offer you a refund of your order minus any actual shipping and return costs we have incurred, as well as a handling fee of 45 DKK.

If you still wish to receive the order, we would be happy to resend it to you. In this case, a new shipping label must be paid for before we can ship the order again. Once you have confirmed that you would like the order to be resent, we will send you a link to purchase a new shipping label. When you complete the payment you must choose your preferred shipping option and check all address, email and phone information is correct. 

We cannot accept responsibility for missed delivery notifications from the carrier or for incorrect contact details provided when placing the order. Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information supplied with their shipment and ensuring that all contact information entered at checkout is accurate and up to date.
